Event Description

Ahead of the International Day of Action for Women's Health on 28th May, come and learn how to better manage your stress and mental load.

This excellent session aims to begin breaking down the stigma often associated with mental health. Participants will develop strategies to promote their mental health and wellbeing. Participants will learn about the normal spectrum of emotions, and how to recognise when professional help may be needed. Interactive activities include relaxation and deep breathing exercises.

This session, presented by Emily and Kirsten from the Water Well Project, is for women only.
