Event Description
Reconnect with nature, your body and your mind in this relaxing outdoor Tai Chi taster class, run next door to Mooroolbark Library in Hookey Park. Tai Chi is a great activity for all ages to stimulate the brain and exercise the body. The low impact routines originate from Chinese Martial Arts and have been transformed into a practice of meditation in motion. It is beneficial for all ages and abilities, with an opportunity to meet new people.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
