Join Ramki Subramaniam, qualified yoga instructor from the reputed Svyasa University of Yoga in Bangalore for Chair Yoga sessions in the parlour at Miller's.
Chair Yoga promotes relaxation, reduces stress, is a safe way of exercising for those with mobility challenges and has all the benefits of regular Yoga, making it accessible for all to include this life - improving practice to their daily schedule.
