Event Description
The traditional art of fermenting will be explored at this practical, free demonstration by passionate preserver, Mirjana. She will be whipping up some Sauerkraut and Kimchi after we delve into a bit of the science behind the fermentation process and its history. There will be preserves for sale on the day too!
