With a focus on Kombucha – the popular healthy fermented tea – we’ll learn how to make our own Kombucha at home.Tastings will be provided in the class. We will explore how to use kombucha to create our own sourdough buckwheat bread and cashew nut cheese. Learn simple and tasty fermenting techniques to save money and support your gut to be healthy and happy!
Our Presenter Sarah is very sensitive to strong perfumes so if participants could avoid wearing perfume it would be much appreciated.
