Belgrave Botanicals: Beekeeping And Making Beeswax Wraps

Event Description

Claire is a member of Permaculture Victoria, covenor of the Mooroolbark Urban Harvest swap, a backyard beekeeper and an occasional maker of beeswax wraps. She has been looking after a number of hives for around 5 years and has, on occasion, collected swarms.

Claire will give a brief overview of backyard/small scale beekeeping and then demonstrate how to make beeswax wraps using her own wax.

Beeswax will be available for sale on the day. $2 a piece.
