Event Description
This workshop helps people to develop an understanding of stress and the impact it has on wellbeing. We will explore, the biological stress response, positive, negative, and cumulative stress, and strategies to support wellbeing. Participants will walk away confident to recognise early signs of stress. This workshop will be facilitated by local professional wellbeing coaches from Steps to Wellbeing, a government-funded service that supports people through times of stress, anxiety and depression.
