Join Rob Glas, counsellor at Healesville Hospital & Yarra Valley Health and Ben Brewin, Health Promotion Officer, Community Health Eastern Health for a talk about men's health.
Rob will discuss men's health issues and mental health/wellbeing and Ben will talk about strategies to get to and maintain a healthy weight.
Lauren from Australian Hearing will also be conducting free hearing checks.
