Event Description
Home Care Packages are individually planned and coordinated services designed to assist people over the age of 65 who require support to remain living independently at home.
Join Lesley from EACH who will discuss, advocacy, basic home and garden maintenance, assistance with personal care, as well as other important issues. Home Care Packages provide many and varied supports to people with high and low care needs and are funded by the Commonwealth Government.
