Event Description
This workshop aims to help people understand and make a meaningful and enjoyable change. Activities will help participants explore areas of life they would like to make changes in, and how they can use their strengths and resources to start making changes now and into the future. We will introduce evidence-based action planning tools and look at the elements that support making realistic and sustainable change.
