Join a chef from the Mabu Mabu Deli at the South Melbourne Market for an impressive journey through the incredible native ingredients that are used every day at the deli.

They will be hosting a masterclass in native spices followed by a cooking demonstration and tastings that show how easy it is to use Australian bush foods in your everyday cooking.
