Event Description

This is a special workshop to help people develop an understanding of stress and the impact it has on wellbeing. We will explore the biological stress response and strategies to support well-being. Participants will walk away confident to recognise early stress signs.

This workshop will be facilitated by local professional coaches from 'Steps to Wellbeing' a government funded service that supports people through times of stress, anxiety and depression.
