Join us on Zoom as we host award-winning author Karen Turner. Bring along your burning questions for Karen as she shares her journey from self published author to securing a UK publisher and more in this special author talk.
Karen’s latest novel ‘Stormbird’ is set in war-torn England in 1941and tells the story of an unexpected relationship that builds between a British war widow and a German fighter pilot, shot down and in hiding, despite their countries’ bitter differences.
Karen’s other works include ‘Torn’, ‘Inviolate’, and an eclectic book of short stories called ‘All That and Everything’.
In this talk, Karen will discuss her writing journey and the pros and cons of self-publishing versus working with an international publisher and what option she’ll be pursuing for her next book!
