Stress is a normal and natural part of our daily lives - but when does it become a problem for us? What tools do we have to cope with it? Learn to bolster your resilience by understanding what stress is and how you can manage it. This workshop will cover: the physiology of stress; the difference between acute stress, chronic stress, and burnout; practical stress management skills; and the importance of having productive self-care strategies.
