Belgrave Library
Join us at Belgrave Library for an entertaining hour on the story of Charlie Hammond, a Dandenong Ranges identity in the early 20th century, as told by local historian Terry Russel. Charlie was a talented artist and photographer, who documented his life in the hills in a series of historically significant pictorial sketchbooks now held at the State Library of Victoria. The presentation will be accompanied by a display of works by Charlie Hammond himself.
