Memoirs are among the best-selling genre of books. We are fascinated by the way people live and think, what they experience and how they deal with hardship. In this workshop you will learn about various aspects of memoir writing, from researching, structuring and writing a memoir, to dealing with moral and ethical dilemmas, and examining the notion of truth.
Nicolas Brasch is the author of more than 400 books (mainly for children and young adults) for many leading international publishers. Several of his books have won Australian and international awards. He also teaches professional and creative writing at Swinburne University; presents workshops and seminars on writing and storytelling; and is the founder of Writing 101, a platform of online writing courses.
