We have all heard how important sleep is for our health & wellbeing. During this workshop, participants will explore the body clock and how the rhythms of our sleep impact all aspects of our life, and how our subconscious works to heal heart, mind, body and spirit.
Join Annette Subhani for an exploration of this super power, including developing a clearer understanding of the science of sleep and creating a personal Sleep Diary to help record sleep patterns and enhance sleep habits.
