Attend a 45-minute one-to-one session with Tech Support Officer Emma, who can help you:

• Set up your iPad/Android tablet to access the library's huge online collections of free books, audiobooks, magazines and streaming content
• Take advantage of free courses through Be Connected and LinkedIn Learning
• Understand social media and email, including how to set up an email account
• Learn the basics of your mobile phone, iPad/Android tablet, or laptop
• How to navigate government services on MyGov
• Get answers to basic tech support questions, and help you understand the next steps

Notes & Requirements

The device you would like help with (eg. mobile phone, tablet, laptop) Login information and passwords for any required accounts Pen and paper if you would like to take notes
