Join Daley Nutrition in these fun side-by-side workshops to get your kids eating more of the good stuff.
In the kid's workshop they will help an Australian superhero regain their strength, while learning about how food makes us feel and helps us grow.
The adult workshop will be full of ideas and inspiration for home cooking, preparing enticing snacks, and learning about the key nutrients for children.
