Do you love food and want to try something new?
Due to popular demand Tracey is taking her much loved lockdown cooking demonstration videos on tour live this Adult Learners Week.
Join her at Knox Express Library as she whips up a dish of this Spanish inspired Chicken and Chorizo Paella.
Once you taste this it'll be a regular on your menu at home!
