Event Description

Do you know that singing with others, can release a massive rush of the brain's feel-good chemicals, Endorphins?
So, let's get happy together and be led in song by qualified music therapist and multi instrumentalist, Rachel Nendick, as she works her way through a heartwarming repertoire of songs through the ages. No singing experience required. Lyrics will be projected on a screen so there's no need to worry about singing the wrong words! You can join in or just sit back and enjoy hearing others sing. Tea and coffee provided.
