Throughout recent years our sleep has been interrupted and many of us are struggling to get enough! Join us for an exploration to uncover the science of sleep and its impact on our conscious and subconscious mind, explore the natural ‘body rhythm’, and discover how sleep allows for the healing of heart, mind, body and spirit.

Be part of a discussion to uncover new strategies to improve your sleep routine. Participants will leave with a personal Sleep Diary to help boost quality sleep.

Our presenter Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education, will facilitate a moving workshop to ensure each participant leaves with real strategies to find a sense of holistic wellbeing.
