Learn about the health benefits of Kimchi with Insun Chang, a Korean trained dietitian and professional Korean & Western Chef.
During the kimchi making process, you will learn how to incorporate it into your meals and have your very own Kimchi to take home and enjoy.
Please bring along the following: 20 litre mixing bowl, chopping board, knife, apron, and one litre glass jar with lid to take kimchi home.
