Event Description
Come and try out our new Laser Cutting machine! Learn about how this technology utilises a laser to vaporize materials, and design and create your own laser-cut key or pet tag. You will create your drawing or design on easy to learn iPad apps and transfer it to our PC where we will send it to the laser cutter.
The event takes about 1 hour, but it can take up to 30-40 extra minutes for us to finish everyone's laser cutting. You can have a look around the library for a book to borrow while you wait, or you can pick up your key tag next time you visit the library.
