Pathway for Carers

Event Description

If you are a carer of an older person, someone with a disability or a mental illness, join Pathways for Carers at Realm Library.
Carers will enjoy a walk together, commencing at 1pm for approximately one hour, before returning to the library for a cuppa and a short presentation by different guest walkers who will talk about the services and programs their organizations offer carers and the people they care for.
If you would like to listen to the presentation and have a cuppa and a chat with other carers but don’t feel up to the walk, feel free to arrive at 2pm.

This month Jess Pritchard from Villa Maria will be our guest speaker. Jess will speak about the benefits of journaling and different approaches you might take when starting out.

Notes & Requirements

Walkers please meet at the foot of the stairs on the ground floor of Realm. The walk is suitable for all fitness levels.
