Clothing Upcycling and Repair

Event Description

Let's give clothing new life by learning basic repair, sewing, patching and upcycling clothes using buttons, ribbons and other bits and bobs.

Approximately 501 million kilograms of textiles and clothes are thrown annually in Australia. With a few hand-sewing skills, we can put a dent in that number and have fun at the same time!
