Event Description

Are you waking up full of energy and refreshed? If not, then join this workshop for an opportunity to explore the science of sleep and its impact on our conscious and subconscious mind, uncover the secrets of the natural ‘body rhythm’, and discover how sleep allows for the healing of heart, mind, body and spirit.

Be part of a discussion to uncover new strategies to improve your own sleep routine. Participants will leave with a personal Sleep Diary to help boost quality sleep. Our presenter Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education will facilitate a moving workshop to ensure each participant leaves with real strategies to find a sense of holistic wellbeing.
