Event Description

Join this talented new trio with Stephanie Lai on flute, Grae Widarja on harp, and Melissa Kwok on piano as they treat us to a performance of Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Harp, K.299 in the delightful Miller's Parlour.

This Mozart Concerto is a charming example of enlightened salon music in which Mozart’s individuality can be seen to be emerging.

Stephanie studied flute with Wendy Clarke and completed AMusA in 2002. She is passionate about performing, teaching, and enjoy playing chamber music. She is an active member in several community orchestras and performs regularly.

Grae started learning harp at the age of 5, and has appeared as a soloist with her school orchestra. Grae achieved many high distinctions for her ABRSM harp exams and is taking LMusA this year. Grae is currently studying engineering at the university of Melbourne and is an active member of several community orchestras.

Melissa is a passionate freelance pianist, accompanist and teacher. She studied at Sir Zelman Cowen Conservatory at Monash University under Dr. Robert Chamberlain. Melissa has participated and won many piano competitions locally and internationally.
