Event Description
Come and join us for an hour of free, fun, gentle and relaxing chair-yoga where you don't have to get on the floor! No mat required, just comfy clothing.
Chris, who leads the sessions, is an experienced chair-yoga teacher who believes that the benefits of yoga should be available to everyone regardless of age or physical capacity.
Sessions will include seated or supported poses (with lots of options), breath work and finish with some lovely relaxation. You might like to join us for coffee afterwards- it's a wonderful way to meet new friends! Keep your eye on the Healesville Connect Facebook page or the Library Events page for updates.
