In this carer-focused information session, Eastern Community Legal Centre will provide tips and information to help you make legal decisions and plan for the future.
Topics covered will include:
- legal issues around decision-making capacity
- future planning through powers of attorney and Wills
- what happens if we do not have capacity to take control of future planning
