Death Café

Event Description

A Death Café is a space to talk, listen, and discuss death and dying. In general, our community shies away from these discussions but nothing is more guaranteed than we will all face death. A Death Café is an open and respectful forum for people to express their thoughts and opinions about death.
A Death Café is not group therapy or counselling, it cannot take the place of this type of support. All are welcome to participate to the level of their comfort with the topic. This is a discussion of death with no expectations.
The session will be facilitated by Kerry O’Leary, an End of Life Doula, who is committed to opening up the conversation.
Please bring along your questions. We welcome a gold coin donation if you wish to, or can, contribute.
