Learn how to make kimchi from scratch in this interactive workshop. You'll further enhance your kimchi creation skills by tasting various kimchi recipes at different stages of fermentation.

Our presenter, Insun Chang, trained as a dietitian and professional chef in Korea before expanding her training and industry experience in Australia. She has a passion for the taste, health benefits and history of kimchi and her workshop will enrich your understanding of this versatile and nutritionally dense dish.
