Join us for a relaxing evening of treats and door prizes from local businesses to fundraise for Ovarian Cancer Australia.
Enjoy some tasty snacks then stay for an uplifting talk by Louise East from More to Mum: From Self-Criticism to Compassion. Do you find you speak to yourself harshly? Do you compare yourself to others? Louise will help you to see when you are criticising yourself, and give you some strategies to be compassionate.
