Event Description
Join a representative from Services Australia, Financial Information Services (FIS) Unit for an information session about building your financial future when you start or return to work. This talk will show you different ways to build up your savings and achieve your money goals.
The talk will explain what FIS can do for you, including :
– how to budget and save money
– how working affects your payments and benefits
– superannuation and why it’s important
– how income tax is worked out
– different types of loans and how to use credit well
– different types of financial investments, risks and returns.
