Event Description

The practice of wrapping thoughtfully is a part of Japanese history that continues in their culture today. Leanne O’Sullivan of Kimono House Japanese Textiles and Craft joins us for a Furoshiki wrapping cloth workshop. Leanne will demonstrate several different styles including gift wrapping and a carry bag showing just how diverse and environmentally friendly these simple re-usable square cloths can be. Follow along with Leanne’s step-by-step instructions using a Japanese wrapping cloth to take home after class.
