A class designed to empower body, mind and soul using gentle, simplistic movements.
Within a supportive and fun community, explore movement within your body and mind.
Accessible to all, the class focuses on slow progression.
Completely supported , movements are seated in a chair or standing - no mat work.
Mental fitness is incorporated through enjoyable coordination exercises - encouraging human connection.
