Event Description
Medical evidence shows that people who have strong social connections live a longer and happier life. "Living Our Best Life" is a community connecting project aimed at supporting people aged 65 and over to find the social activities that best suit them and assist them to overcome any barriers they might have in participating.
People interested in how this service may benefit them, or those who would like to explore volunteer opportunities are most welcome.
