Event Description
Let's celebrate this fruitful season together as we share plants and produce whilst learning how to preserve our harvest with Maria from My Green Garden.
We will be delving into the science behind preserving, learning practical tips for sterilizing and watching Maria demonstrate how to make delicious chutneys, jams and pickles.
Bring along plants, cuttings, seeds, and anything garden related, to swap with others, and leave with some new plant friends and a jar of homemade preserves.
This wonderful gardening event is brought to you by Knox City Council's 'Gardens For Harvest' program.
