Event Description

Join author Diane Deeming as she discusses her debut historic fiction novel, All Her Own. It is a work of fiction inspired by Diane's mother and is based on stories and memories from her younger years.

All Her Own follows the story of Mary, a determined uneducated woman, as she traverses England Scotland and Australia over three decades. She prevails over adversity to forge a future for her family, beyond the clutches of a Glasgow slum, with an outcome she could never have imagined.

Diane will discuss the journey of researching, writing, and publishing the novel.
