Event Description
Have you ever pondered over what or whom makes 'Good Company'? Where and when? And it's relationship with solitude and loneliness?
This new series of workshops is aptly called 'Good Company".
Come along to one or all four.
Join Denise, a Creative Art Therapist, building on social connection through play and curiosity, to improve mental health and wellbeing via social connection.
A combination of different materials, tools and modalities will be used in the gentle delivery of each session, transitioning indoors and outdoors, encompassing physical movement and thought work.
This is not an art class but based on experiment and process.
Cake therapy, cuppas and chats encouraged. Have fun building relationships while making personal and interpersonal discoveries.
