Event Description

Dave Warner is an award-winning author, musician and screenwriter who first came to national prominence with his gold album, Mug’s Game, and his band, Dave Warner’s from the Suburbs. He has been named a Western Australian State Living Treasure and has been inducted into the WAMi Rock ‘n’ Roll of Renown.

Dave's newest novel When it Rains, is his 13th adult fiction novel, and is the latest in the award-winning Dan Clement Series. It follows a Broome detective as he investigates a string of violent crimes, and races against time to solve a high-stakes mystery.

Come along to Croydon Library where Dave will discuss When it Rains and his journey to becoming an author. He will be joined by guitarist Tony Durant, who will present live music inspired by Dave's writing. This is a unique event not to be missed!
