Event Description

Join us for a calm, tranquil session with soothing Tibetan singing bowls and sound healing, mediation for nurturing and balancing emotions and promoting inner calm.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow and anything you might need to feel comfortable in the session.

These healing sessions will take place on the 3rd Monday of the month from March - November (except April, when the session will take place on April 28th)
