Join Ingrid from 'Journal with Ingrid' to explore how journal writing can help to reduce stress and mental clutter as well as support creativity, productivity and resilience. Ingrid will discuss her 5-step process for keeping a journal that will help you to write, reflect and reset.
This session is suitable for beginners and experienced journal writers.
There will be some writing involved, but your innermost thoughts and feelings are personal, so you wont be asked to share them.
