Event Description
In this hands-on workshop, Helen from Health Food Evolution will be sharing knowledge on how to create your own oyster mushroom buckets! You'll learn a simple low-tech method for home cultivation with the aim of empowering more people to explore the mysterious world of fungi. You'll also learn about the life cycle of fungi, how they differ from plants and their ecological role.
You will make your own oyster mushroom bucket on the day to take home, which is included in the cost of the course.
