Event Description

Learn massage techniques for neck, shoulders, and head.
Join us for a three-week series designed for individuals aged 50+. The sessions will be held on Tuesday: the 15th, 22nd and 29th October.
In these sessions, you'll learn practical massage techniques to help relieve muscle stiffness and aching, improve blood circulation, and reduce anxiety. Each session will involve practicing in pairs, with the option to observe if preferred.
Taught by Pearl, a qualified remedial massage therapist with over 10 years of experience, this series aims to enhance your well-being and provide valuable skills for self-care and caring for loved ones.
