Traumatic events can disrupt our flow of experience and have a long-lasting impact on the way we live our lives.
Childhood trauma survivor Joe Bakhmoutski shares insights from his latest book, "Finding Hope in Times of Uncertainty: A Guide to Thriving in the Challenging World of Today." He discusses the roles of diversity, human connection, and our freedom to access in supporting our mental health and well-being.
