Event Description

With the morning session booked out, Dave and Ann have added a second session!

Join best-selling authors Dave & Ann Reardon from the world’s most popular food science YouTube channel ‘How To Cook That’ as they discuss books, writing, debunking and maybe even charcoal ice cream!

Fresh from winning a USA Tome Award for his YA historical fiction 'The Deep Enders’, Dave Reardon is a former journalist and humorous story-teller. The second novel in the series, ’The Deep Enders: Deadline’ was published recently to rave reviews.

Ann Reardon is a certified food scientist, dietician and world-renowned pastry chef, amassing a legion of 5 million fans online. Her first cookbook, 'Crazy Sweet Creations’ unveiled the science behind baking and topped best-sellers lists in the USA, UK, Germany and Australia.

Meet Dave and Ann in-person at this one-off book signing event. Their books will also be available to purchase on the day, just in time for Christmas.

Limited places, bookings essential.
