Need some help with your phone? Got a question about email? Want to install an app?

Come to our free Tech Clinic where you can spend up to 10 minutes getting help from our Tech Support Officer. No bookings needed - drop into Healesville Library any time between 10am and 12pm.

You can get help with problems such as:
* basic tech troubleshooting
* problems with your phone or tablet
* help with email
* questions about strange messages or emails

Please be aware that you may need to wait as people will be seen in the order of arrival.

If your problem requires more than ten minutes, we will book you in for a 45-minute one-to-one session.

Notes & Requirements

Please bring your fully-charged device and any necessary passwords or cables.
