Creative Connections Art Workshop

Event Description

Join Denise at Montrose Library for Creative Connections Art workshop, focussing on building social connection through play and curiosity. There is no better way to improve mental health and wellbeing than via social interaction. Trusting to form a future social group with a difference, not an art group, although will involve creativity, and not just a cuppa and chat session, although cake therapy is encouraged. A combination of different materials, tools and modalities will be used in the delivery of each session, transitioning between outdoors and the library, with physical movement and thought work involved. Discover and learn about parts of yourself and relationships with others you’ve never experienced before, while making new acquaintances ready for blossoming friendships.
